Quality control is carried out by 6 quality engineers and 14 inspector, quality control procedure covers incoming material inspection, in-process inspection,lens focus, burn-in test, thermal shock test, mechanical strength test, water-proof level test,appliance performance test and final inspection. All products passed CE certification. All raw materials are inspected to meet RoHS standards before production. Our long-term, strategic, stable partnerships with key component suppliers ensure our product quality and reliability. Extremely strict quality control procedure enssure defective percentage as 0.2%.
